PLACING AN ORDER
What payment methods do you accept?
At Cosmephia, you can complete checkout using all major credit and debit cards, or PayPal Express Checkout,.
We do not accept direct bank transfers.
How secure is my online order?
When you purchase online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your details are then encrypted via SSL and transmitted directly to the payment network of your card provider, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved.
Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.
ORDER DELIVERY
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped directly from our warehouse.
Please allow extra processing time during holidays and peak sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing.
Please note: we do not ship on weekends.
If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing your payment, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking details.
You will usually receive your tracking number the day after your order has been dispatched.
